Puzzle

Each one of us walking on the street are just a bunch of broken hearts and broken dreams.

Some are lucky to have the pieces reassembled, while others are still waiting for that missing one.. to complete their complicated puzzle.

Restless

Waking up to the thuds and rush of a Monday, 

I felt a lump in my throat and a weight on my chest

I was tired, withered just as after a half marathon

Sweat droplets weren't on my forehead for they were dripping all over my mind

The day had to be endless chaos but was nothing compared to the mess in my head

No fever, no infection just a throbbing tinkling pain without a meaning

I wasn't dizzy but the world was definitely spinning

My bed was that anchorless boat in the Ocean, which I feared to deboard.

Clutching to my blanket, I wished the Sun to set.. for the night to come

For the darkness seemed to calm me down.. always!! away from people, away from betrayals
